PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE TERMS

1. To make a booking you will need to place a deposit to reserve your track day spot. Please be aware this is a non refundable.
2. If you have made full payment and cancel, your deposit will not be refunded as a cancellation fee. (see point 4).
3. Full payment is due 2 weeks before the event. If you do not pay, your deposit will be lost along with your spot.
4. Driving positions are non-refundable 1 week before the event..

How to Book and Pay

The details of how to book and the cost of a particular event will be outlined in the information email sent out before the event.

You will receive all the information and bank details once you have joined the website email list.

Passenger Rides

Passenger rides will be available to the first people who book them with full payment. This is a bonus to those who pay early.

There is strictly no overtaking. These sessions are for fun. If you overtake or drive too hard for any reason, you will be banned from future passenger sessions.

The passenger ride will be one standard session (1 warm-up lap, 5 hot laps, 1 cool-down lap).

Your passenger is required to sign in at the front desk and have the same protective clothing as the driver.

You must have completed two previous events to qualify for passenger rides.

Time Attack Team

To be on the Time Attack Team you are required to work for half of the day and will drive the second half for free as payment. The jobs include Track Controller, Pit Lane Marshall, Pit Lane Organizer.

You will either drive the morning or afternoon session. Let me know if you want one of these spots and your driving preference. Your preference is not guaranteed.

You are required to be on site for the full duration of your working period. The working periods are from 7:30am to 12:40pm and 12:30pm to 5:00pm.
